Still Staggerin’ – Duck Baker – Fingerpicking Blues

I learned this one from a great Mel Bay book called "Blues Guitar 101" by Duck Baker. If you haven’t heard about Duck, check him out, he’s a great musician. Key of A The song uses a chord progression that moves around the circle of fifths : EC#7 F#m7 B7 in one case, AF#7 B7 E7 in the other. If these chords sound unfamiliar, remember that in the key of C or G, the progression would be C A7 D7 G7 or G E7 A7 D7; I’m sure this sounds more logical and familiar. The song is based on the late Jerry Rick’s version of "Stagger Lee", which is based on several others. Hence the title. I’m playing a Alhambra Crossover C2
